The People's Rock! And how. Bringing urban achievers, or the unattainables as the papers called us the next day, to the people of Grant Township. All ages and all types. Lots of folks, lots of fun and hours of raffling. Woo-hoo. 2 new songs today, Let It Go, and you new favourite song, In My Mind. How about the kid who sat 3 feet away from us almost the entire time? Anyone have a pic of that kid. Now that's a true achiever.

The triumphant return! As the mailing list letter stated. Great show even though is took us 1 1/2 hous to get there. Ah, Friday traffic! Nice to get to play the Elbo Room again. Lots of new fans. Any of you have pictures? Another Jonas sighting tonight. Sleep Still and Indian Summer were awesome. It was great to be able to hang out with everyone afterwards as well. Rock!

Our suburbs show. We played faling down for the first time here. Its the version on the site here. Great club. Smoke machine and lighting and everything. Not a lot of folks though. Guess the achievers should stick to being urban. The guys from Francois Dillinger came out to see us. Good stuff there. Check 'em.

Big Horse Lounge - June 10th 2004
Ah yes, the taco bar. Burritos as big as your head. No, that's somewhere's else. Well this is when we were still getting inches of rain every night in the city. Somewhere in the suburbs there was a tornado or something. Just a mess that night. We still had a great show. First time we played Jonas. A little rusty, but it got better. Opened for the ending and Nadafinga. Great stuff there. They had just finish a tour of the west. Biggest thing I remember is being soaked up to my knees and being afraid I'd get shocked by the mic or the amp or the guitar. That and getting some sort of grey water splashed down on me when the El went over my car in the alley. Great tacos. Not a lot of photos. ANyone have any? Send them in.

Elbo Room - May 18th 2004
The First Show!!! Well here it is the first actual 45 minutes (almost) on stage. I think it was something special for each one of us. Cramped basement, packed house, not being able to play our full set. What a night. Some of these pics are done by Jeff. They're the really affected ones. Really great stuff here.

Durty Nellies - May 2004
Ah, the beginning. These are the pics from our open mics at Durty Nellies. We were getting ready for doing the real shows so we went out here a few times to do the open mic with Paul and the boys. We used a different name everytime. Here are the ones I can remember: meatface, bunch a fat guys, bad open jam. We even won 20 bucks for beer as the best band of the night at one point. Ah, destiny.
