The Brothers Finch (Scott and The Toddfather)
are the backbone of the band that rocks to the stories of their lives’ respective
angst. Whether it’s Scott’s candid lack
of self-respect (Hypocrite) or his brotherly
advice to Todd to drop his life-destroying girlfriend (Let it Go), these UA brethren hold no
punches.
Mike's
been getting kicked out of organized music since middle school. Teamed with Lloyd at an early age, he’s
learned how to please a crowd – beer and energy drinks. Besides clicking hits as an Urban Achiever,
Mike drums whenever and wherever his talents are needed. Look for him at bus shelters and soup
kitchens near you.

Urban Achievers are The People's Rock.

Taken
from The
'Goldenboy's self-titled
five-song CD is a fun collection of power pop tunes composed by singers/guitarists
Chris Prchal and Bill Lloyd. Their joint effort,
"Suburban Rock Song" works as a clever satire of middle-class life,
while Lloyd's "But I Like You" depicts a
self-acknowledged social misfit who has fallen in love. Lloyd (not the solo
recording artist who appears on Jeff Lynne, Hollies, and Kinks tributes) also
succeeds with the crunching rock of "Spy Girl," on which he observes,
"I've never kissed a girl who's killed someone before." Prchal's optimistic
"Better Days" closes the CD on a lighter, melodic note.'

‘Urban Achievers are great! Every good rock band needs a neighbor
Ron. These guys just happen to have the
actual neighbor Ron. They’re playing
some great music!’
